Produced by the Osorio family in the highlands of Planadas, Tolima, Colombia, our Palo Rosa Sugarcane Decaf is decaffeinated using the natural sugarcane (EA) process. Rather than relying on harsh chemicals, this method uses ethyl acetate derived from fermented sugarcane to gently remove caffeine while preserving the coffee's natural sweetness, body, and complexity. The beans are carefully steamed, decaffeinated, and dried before being returned to their ideal moisture content, resulting in a cup that's remarkably vibrant, clean, and flavorful. It's decaf without compromise, crafted to taste like exceptional coffee first, just without the caffeine.
