Rooted in Relationships.
Queen City Collective Coffee was founded by brothers Scott, Luke, and Eric Byington with a simple belief: coffee is a collective chain, connecting farmers to drinkers in one continuous story. From the very beginning, we set out to build direct, transparent relationships with producers around the world. From visiting producers every harvest, to innovating traceability technologies at the farm level, to sharing these stories back home in Denver, our aim is to build the collective good through the medium of coffee.
Roasted Out West.
Our roasting takes place in the heart of Colorado, the Queen City of the Plains, where the vast prairies meet the rugged mountain landscape. Every bag of coffee we roast is tied back to the soil, climate, and culture of its origin, and is a connection point to the communities here in Denver who gather around it. It’s a balance of global roots and local identity.
Collective Impact.
Queen City is more than a roastery and a set of shops; it’s a community. Whether it’s through collaborations with artists like Gregory Alan Isakov or Aaron Dessner, profit sharing with producers through our blockchain tracability project, or local events that bring neighbors together, we use coffee as a way to invest back into people and places.
