Annnnd it' back! Straight from the Kossa Geshe farm in Jimma zone of Limu, Ethiopia, this dry-processed (natural) coffee was a show stopper last season and we're so pumped to be able to roast it again for you this season. Our friends at Crop to Cup have been working with Kossa Geshe for some time now and we couldn't be offering this stunner without their incredible at origin work. They have worked tirelessly to create meaningful relationships in the often complicated landscape of Ethiopian coffee, and the results are amazing coffees such as this one. Heirloom varietals are sun-dried on raised beds for 12 to 14 days to create the complex sweetness and bright tropical fruit aromas you'll find in the cup. Not mention the ridiculous notes of toasted marshmallows. You ready for s'more of this sweetness??
