Earlier this year, we had the opportunity to visit the Campos family firsthand and spend time on their farms, continuing a connection that has become a meaningful part of our sourcing program season after season.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-end=\"694\" data-start=\"336\"\u003eThis release showcases Allan's processing skills through his perfectly controlled anaerobic fermentation of a Villa Sarchi variety produced with incredible care and precision. After the fermentation process, the coffee was dried with the fruit layer intact. We cupped this coffee right on the farm and were blown away by the balance of fermentation notes with the sweetness and acidity of the Villa Sarchi variety itself.
